“A compassionate space to turn toward yourself with care when the world doesn't make room.”

About me

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Minnesota. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pennsylvania State University. My professional trajectory spans diverse clinical settings across multiple countries, giving me a uniquely broad perspective on mental health. This cross-cultural experience enriches my practice, enabling me to offer culturally responsive, highly adaptable care tailored to each client's distinct background and values. Whether working with adolescents managing academic and emotional stress, adults navigating anxiety or life transitions, or couples seeking to rebuild intimacy and communication, I cultivate a collaborative, non-judgmental environment focused on healing and long-term growth.

Approach

My practice is built on the belief that real healing happens in relationships where you feel truly seen. We don't live in a vacuum. Our struggles are deeply tied to our identities, family background, culture, immigration stories, and the world around us. Having lived and worked in several countries, I know how easily big parts of who you are can get overlooked when therapy only focuses on you as an isolated individual and fails to consider the context you live in. In our work together, you won't have to leave any part of yourself at the door. I consider your background, and adapt to your pace and style so we can look at the patterns in your life, work through painful experiences, and help you regain a sense of freedom, connection, and control.

Services

My clinical work focuses primarily on trauma, grief and loss, life transitions and adjustment, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics. In therapy, I aim to bridge the gap between helping you feel better today and healing the past. We’ll look back at your history to understand how you developed your current habits and coping styles. At the same time, we’ll focus on the present moment, giving you real-life tools to handle difficult thoughts, making room for tough emotions, and aligning your everyday actions with what truly matters to you. Above all, I view your life through a lens that honors your unique background. We will always acknowledge the real-world pressures, societal expectations, and relationship dynamics that impact your well-being, ensuring therapy is a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.
