Miss Sam Srijani

Registered Psychotherapist

I specialize in working with anxiety, self confidence, relationships and ADHD. We'll work as a team to conquer your anxiety, build healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, improve your ability to focus and get motivated; and feel confident in yourself.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario. I work with clients on anxiety, phobias, PTSD, relationship issues, and low self-esteem using ACT and mindfulness. I offer relationship counseling and a free consultation to set clear goals.

Approach

I use a culturally-sensitive LGBTQ+ affirming approach to ensure that we work in a way that honours your experience, beliefs and identity. I work from an integrative therapy style that incorporates many approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, mindfulness based approaches, Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy and many others.

If you're looking for a therapist who you can be real with; who is there with you through both the tears and the laughs, please feel free to reach out! I offer a free 15 minute video consultation so we can touch base and see if we're a good fit to work together. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to your best self.

Services

Accepting New Clients! Are you dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout or low self esteem? Do you find yourself going through the motions, struggling to keep up with the demands of your busy life? Are you finding it harder to enjoy your day and to be present with your loved ones? If you’re feeling this way, you may even be experiencing guilt and shame about these difficult thoughts and feelings. Maybe you're craving a space where you can just shed your responsibilities and the expectations of others – your friends, your family, society – and just be yourself. I hear you, and I commend you for taking this courageous step.

I have years of experience working with young professionals and students to reclaim their lives, reconnect to a sense of purpose and gain self-love and confidence. Other issues I work with include imposter syndrome, perfectionism, people pleasing, productivity challenges and procrastination, as well as anxious and avoidant attachment styles
