Dr Sacha Drury

Therapeutic Counselor

Helping you balance mind, body and spirit, I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with a gentle, warm presence. I ask questions from a place of nonjudgmental curiosity, in the hopes of expanding your consciousness, by inviting you to see your life from a broader perspective. With clarity, comes change.

About Me

I offer a gentle, warm space to help you balance your mind, body, and spirit. Through nonjudgmental questions, I invite you to explore your life from a broader perspective, expanding your consciousness. This curiosity fosters clarity, bringing about the change you seek. Clients valuing a supportive guide to navigate life's complexities will find a welcoming partnership here.

Approach

Conversations unfold with gentle curiosity that invites you to notice patterns in thought, body sensations and beliefs, then gently reshapes them into clearer choices. Sessions move at a steady, respectful pace—sometimes somatic check-ins and mindful practices anchor difficult moments, other times we use reflective questioning to surface grief, stress or shifts around parenting and fertility. Between sessions I may offer short practices or reflections to widen awareness without overwhelm. People seeking a compassionate, practical partnership tend to find this way of working helpful.
