I provide compassionate counselling that champions your strengths, honours your journey, and creates space where you feel truly seen and supported.

About Me

I am a Registered Counselor in Victoria, BC, Canada. I provide psychotherapy and advocacy for you if you live with cancer, chronic illness, or physical disability. I offer individual and adolescent therapy in a direct, respectful, practical style.

Approach

You’ll find a steady, practical presence that champions what you already do and honours how illness has reshaped your life. Whether we meet in Victoria or online in English, I shape sessions around your energy, medical appointments, and day-to-day limits so we move at a sustainable pace. Sessions blend focused problem-solving, real-time emotional grounding, and collaborative planning—sometimes with short tasks between meetings to test what helps. This way of working often suits people navigating chronic health challenges, relationship shifts, or transitions into adulthood.

Services

I provide compassionate counselling that champions your strengths, honours your journey, and creates space where you feel truly seen and supported.

My counselling approach draws from my personal experience living with a chronic illness, as well as by Disability Justice, narrative, person-centred, and strength-based perspectives that honour your unique experiences, celebrate your strengths, and empower your journey toward healing.

I specialize in counselling for disability discrimination, ableism, chronic illness, physical disability, and caregiver support. I also provide general adult counselling.
