About Me

I am a registered psychologist with a background in both psychology and education. Having worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults and families, I understand the many ways in which emotional wellbeing, neurodevelopment, learning and life experiences can shape everyday functioning. I take the time to understand each person’s unique journey, building a holistic picture of their strengths, challenges and individual support needs. Through a calm, thoughtful and comprehensive approach, I aim to make complex information easier to understand and provide clients and families with meaningful clarity and practical direction. Above all, I value genuine connection and strive to create a safe and respectful space where every person feels heard, understood and accepted.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to the individual, recognising that no single therapeutic approach suits everyone. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and solution-focused strategies, while working from a neuroaffirming and strengths-based perspective. Together, we build greater understanding, develop practical strategies and work towards goals that are meaningful and achievable for you.

Services

I provide therapy and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents and adults. Therapy may support concerns such as anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, perfectionism, school-related challenges, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I also offer comprehensive assessments for ADHD, autism, specific learning disorders—including dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia—intellectual disability and giftedness. Both therapy and assessment services are available face-to-face at my Thorneside practice and online via telehealth, where clinically appropriate.
