Roza

Mrs Roza Hammon

Psychologist

I focus on providing trauma-informed, inclusive, supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. In therapy with clients I try to achieve strengths and values-based empowerment.

About Me

I aim to create a truly inclusive and safe space where you can feel deeply heard, no matter your age or background. My trauma-informed approach helps us gently explore challenges. We’ll focus on your unique strengths and values, helping you build confidence and find your own way forward. This collaborative process is ideal for anyone seeking a supportive environment to grow and thrive.

Approach

With attention to safety and respect, I guide sessions so they feel steady and collaborative, tuned to your pace and what matters most. Whether we meet on the Gold Coast or online in English or Russian, I use focused reflection, practical exercises and short between-session steps to help you notice patterns, try small experiments and practice acceptance around difficult memories or moods. Sessions move between gentle mindfulness, values-focused choice and skill rehearsal, and many clients find this way of working leaves them clearer and more able to act on what matters.
