Ms Rose Adhiambo

Licensed Psychologist

I am a licensed psychologist working with clients of all ages. I work eclectically adapting several theories depending on the issue we are working on. You will be able to select either physical and online sessions.

About Me

I support individuals of all ages, understanding that everyone's journey is unique. My approach is flexible, adapting different therapeutic theories to suit your unique needs and challenges. This ensures our work together is always relevant and effective for you. You can choose physical or online sessions, finding a comfortable space to explore your concerns and build resilience.

Approach

Sessions begin by honoring where you are and choosing a comfortable setting—in Nairobi or online, in English or Kiswahili—so the pace feels right for you. I blend structured assessment with hands-on, creative activities and short CBT experiments, checking in each week to adjust goals and practical steps; for children I use gentle play to surface what’s hard to name. Between sessions I offer simple reflections or small tasks to try in daily life. This way of working often suits people wanting clear, steady progress.
