Mi trabajo suele centrarse en identificar patrones concretos y traducirlos en pasos prácticos para avanzar: evaluamos, reflexionamos y pactamos pequeñas tareas que esclarecen lo que funciona y lo que necesita cambiar. Ofrezco sesiones en español, desde Santo Domingo Este y también online, manteniendo un ritmo claro y adaptado a su vida diaria. En el espacio clínico combino retroalimentación psicométrica, psicoeducación y acompañamiento terapéutico para que las sesiones y las tareas entre encuentros tengan sentido y seguimiento.
