Integrative psychotherapist with 12+ years experience, former artist manager and trained as a lawyer. I offer compassionate, tailored online support for anxiety, depression, and personal growth. Dedicated to accessible, flexible therapy to help you navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence.

About Me

I am a registered and accredited psychotherapist in Central London, England. I treat abuse, anger, autism (ASD), behaviour or conduct issues, and grief and loss. I offer counselling, individual therapy, relationship counselling, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).

Approach

My approach is flexible, adaptable, and client-centred, ensuring that therapy is relevant, effective, and aligned with your goals. I actively work to promote self-awareness, emotional balance, and confidence, helping you navigate your journey with clarity and strength.

I am an integrative humanistic counselling psychotherapist. I am a Registered Member of BACP and NCPS, supporting adult individuals and creative professionals in their mental health journeys.

My approach is integrative humanistic psychotherapy. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic support to individuals seeking positive change in their lives.

I see adult individuals (male and female) from 18 to 65 and older, including adults from the LGBTQIA+ community.

I also work with creative professionals in the music and acting industries, helping them navigate their unique challenges and empowering them to thrive both behind the scenes and in the spotlight.

My diverse background and extensive education have equipped me with a unique set of skills to address a wide range of client needs.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I approach each client with empathy and non-judgment. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. This allows clients to find their ways of healing and moving forward with their lives.

My humanistic approach incorporates elements of person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and a relational approach tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

My qualifications in psychology and law have given me a deep understanding of the complexities of human behaviour and the legal aspects that may impact individuals’ lives.

Building upon this foundation, my qualifications in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy allow me to offer a holistic approach to therapy that considers the whole person.

My journey in therapy has included valuable experiences of community health and UK-wide, low-cost counselling services. I’ve also worked as a practice manager at a private psychiatric clinic. These experiences have allowed me to work with diverse client populations and develop a deep understanding of the challenges individuals may face in their lives.

My legal background as a lawyer (specialising in music management and contract law) and artist manager (organising musical artists’ professional lives) gives me a unique perspective within my practice. My previous experiences have honed my skills in communication, negotiation and understanding the complexities of interpersonal relationships. These all enrich my approach to therapy. I understand the pressures of a busy professional life and the toxic environments we sometimes work and live in. These can lead to stress and anxiety and impact our personal and professional relationships.

In my work as an artist manager, I also learned valuable lessons about myself through my interactions with artists and people in the music industry. If I am in an environment that listens to me and can hold and accept me, it is possible to overcome certain fears that have developed over a lifespan. Going forward in my work with clients, I would like the opportunity to help facilitate such an experience with my clients, particularly performing artists and those who work within the creative industries.

I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
