“I help individuals navigate emotional difficulties, relationship patterns, grief, and experiences that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Through a collaborative and reflective therapeutic process, I work with clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and develop more intentional ways of responding to life’s challenges.”

About me

My clinical training took place primarily in hospital settings, including Mount Sinai Morningside and West and Bellevue Hospital in New York City. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the complexity of emotional distress and the different ways people navigate difficult experiences. My clinical work is further informed by a specialization in addiction, research on complicated grief, and an interest in integrating the body and movement into therapeutic work.

Approach

I see therapy as a space where you can feel understood, explore what’s been weighing on you, and make sense of your experiences. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, openness, and respect for each person’s background and circumstances. I recognize how family, relationships, culture, and life experiences shape who we are and how we relate to others. I’ll ask questions, share my thoughts, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can work toward a better understanding of yourself, your relationships, and new ways of navigating life’s challenges.

Services

I work with individuals navigating relationship difficulties, recurring emotional patterns, addiction, grief, and loss. I also support people exploring questions of identity, self-esteem, motivation, and career direction, as well as those experiencing physical symptoms such as tension, pain, fatigue, or stomach and digestive issues that may be connected to emotional stress. My approach recognizes the connection between mind and body and makes space to explore how emotional experiences can show up physically.
