About Me
When facing anxiety, relationship problems, or the profound grief of baby loss, finding support is key. I offer a compassionate, client-centred space to explore these feelings. Using approaches like Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), we can gently shift unhelpful patterns. My aim is to help you build resilience and find a way forward.
Approach
Therapy often unfolds as a gentle, practical exploration of the thoughts, feelings and bodily responses that keep you stuck; I help you notice small shifts that open new choices. In Ballito I offer English sessions both in person and online, pacing each meeting to your rhythm and the sensitivity that follows loss or life change. Sessions blend focused BWRT moments with clear CBT framing and reflective listening, plus simple between-session tasks to consolidate progress. This way of working suits adults navigating grief, anxiety, relationship changes or difficult transitions.
