"Feeling real is more than existing; it is finding a way to exist as oneself" (Donald Winnicott)

About Me

Drawing on my training as a Counselling Psychologist, I work collaboratively with individuals to explore identity, self-concept, and belonging. I provide a reflective therapeutic space to understand personal narratives, strengthen a cohesive sense of self, and support healthier relational connections. I am currently working with adolescent and adult clients.

Approach

Becoming present in life grows through small, intentional steps that honour your experiences and personal history. I offer in-person and online therapy in English, working at a steady, thoughtful pace that respects where you are. Together, we explore patterns, connect past experiences with present reactions, and develop practical strategies—such as boundary work and safety-building—to support meaningful and lasting change. Feeling safe is central to the healing process. For this reason, I place strong emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, care, and genuine connection. Having a space where you feel truly heard and seen can be deeply restorative, and this forms the core of the work we do together.
