With over a decade of practice, I partner with individuals seeking both compassionate support and practical life guidance. As a Shadow Work Coach and a Hypnotherapist, I help people heal the invisible wounds that hold them back from being seen and heard — through Shadow Work, Hypnotherapy, and Nervous System Safety practices. I assist clients heal their visibility wounds — those fears, family patterns, and past experiences that make it hard to be seen, heard, and confident. I help you gain clarity on challenges and develop actionable strategies. Together we explore your unique strengths, setting clear, achievable goals together. Approach
Having built a practice across many years, my focus is on practical, paced sessions that balance listening with clear next steps so change feels manageable. In Bangalore and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions move between focused conversation, brief experiential exercises and simple between-session tasks you can try at home. For relationship or transition work I blend reflective questions with goal-focused tools and occasional guided relaxation to shift stuck patterns. People navigating change or strained connections often find this steady, action-oriented rhythm helpful.
