About Me
Approach
I work with people of all ages. People differ from each other and their experience of trauma and difficulty also differ. Our joys and suffering are as unique as our fingerprints. "Talk therapy" is a very important part of therapy, but sometimes something broader is needed. For this reason, practical methods involving the whole body are used. The healing lies in our working together to find a path back to where things can be lighter; where it might even make sense to start laughing again one day.
