Supporting children, adolescents, and families in making sense of overwhelming emotions and relationships is at the heart of my work. I aim to create a collaborative and reflective space where people feel understood, empowered, and less alone in their struggles.

About Me

Sometimes, despite trying everything possible, life can still feel confusing, heavy, or emotionally exhausting, for both young people and the families supporting them. This is one of the reasons I feel deeply drawn to working with children, adolescents, and families. I value creating a space where people do not feel judged or “fixed,” but instead feel heard, understood, and supported as they make sense of their experiences at their own pace. Being part of conversations that help young people feel more connected to themselves, more hopeful, or simply a little less alone is what makes this work so meaningful to me. When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me enjoying a good book, a binge-worthy series, and a hot cup of tea.

Approach

I work with children, adolescents, and families, supporting them through emotional, relational, and developmental challenges within a warm and collaborative therapeutic space. My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, with a focus on helping individuals and families explore their experiences, recognise their strengths, and develop more meaningful understandings of themselves and their relationships. Alongside individual work, I also work closely with parents not from a place of prescribing how they should connect with their child, but by helping them better understand their own unique relationship, patterns of connection, and the values they want to bring into parenting. I aim to foster thoughtful and respectful conversations that support emotional insight, resilience, and meaningful change while remaining attentive to each family’s unique context and lived experience.
