Mr Reza Rezazadeh, MClinPsych

Clinical Psychologist

I help adults navigate anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, and challenging life transitions. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional well-being, and meaningful, lasting change.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist committed to creating a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their emotions, patterns, relationships, and challenges, while recognising that every person’s story and needs are unique. My aim is to help you feel understood, develop greater clarity, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Approach

I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, drawing from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives alongside cognitive-behavioural and third-wave approaches. Depending on each client’s needs, I may explore deeper emotional and relational patterns while also using practical, evidence-based strategies to work with thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and present-moment experiences. My aim is to offer a flexible and collaborative therapeutic process that supports both deeper self-understanding and meaningful, sustainable change.
