About Me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist based in Dublin. I work with you on abuse, addiction, mood disorders and family issues. I offer counseling, Jungian analysis, psychoanalysis and community psychology to guide your recovery.

Approach

Drawing on clinical and analytic traditions, my work creates a steady, curious space where we explore patterns, meanings and practical choices together. I offer sessions in Dublin and online, in English or Portuguese, paced to your needs with a balance of focused dialogue, reflective material between meetings, and attention to relationships and inner imagery. We track small shifts in thinking and behaviour while attending to deeper emotional currents. People seeking thoughtful, collaborative change tend to find this approach helpful.
