Counselor

Information is power. The more you know yourself, the more control you can exercise in your life. The idea is to stop being reactive to life and start being responsive and informed. You cannot change your past, but you can choose differently in the present and build a life that is yours in the future. Let me support you in making decisions that are truly aligned with you.

About Me

I am committed to creating a trauma-informed space where you can explore difficult experiences with confidence. My focus is on helping individuals navigate grief, past trauma, self-worth challenges, and complex relationship dynamics. We can work together to understand your unique journey, fostering emotional well-being and building resilience. This collaborative approach helps you process feelings and find practical ways to move forward, supporting your path to lasting growth.

Approach

I see therapy as a place where we slow down and make sense of the patterns that quietly run our lives — the thoughts we over-analyse, the emotions we push away, and the relationships that leave us wondering “why does this keep happening to me?” My work focuses on helping people understand the inner systems behind their reactions. Sometimes that means examining thinking patterns, sometimes it means noticing the protective strategies we’ve developed over time, and sometimes it means sitting with grief that doesn’t follow neat timelines. Clients I work with often describe themselves as overthinkers, deep feelers, or people who “understand things logically but still feel stuck emotionally.” Our work together focuses on bridging that gap between insight and lived change. Sessions with me are conversational, reflective and curious. Think of it less like fixing a problem and more like learning the language of your own mind. I offer online sessions only and work with clients in English, Hindi, and Marwadi.

Services

I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT and Internal Family Systems, along with attachment-based, trauma-informed and grief-informed approaches. Rather than applying techniques mechanically, I use them as tools to explore what your mind has been trying to protect you from, and how those strategies may have made sense once, even if they feel limiting now. Please feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn or WhatsApp to check if I have free slots.
