Chartered Psychologist

Life can be challenging at times, and embarking on therapy is a courageous step towards greater understanding and wellbeing. People come to therapy for many reasons. I work with a broad range of difficulties, including: • Low mood and depression • Anxiety, stress, panic attacks, and phobias • Trauma • Low self-esteem and self-criticism • Relationship difficulties • Loss and bereavement • Life transitions and personal goals The therapy process is collaboratively tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking short-term support for a specific concern or longer-term work to explore deeper patterns, the focus is on helping you build understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

About Me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, licensed to practise in both Cyprus and the UK, offering private psychological therapy for adults. I provide confidential support through both online and in-person sessions, combining clinical expertise with warmth, empathy, and respect.

Approach

My therapeutic work follows a pluralistic approach, which recognises that different people benefit from different processes and types of therapy depending on their needs and life circumstances. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all model, I collaborate with each client to explore their needs and clarify what would be most helpful. Together, we agree on the goals of therapy and shape the approach accordingly. In this way, each therapy journey is developed anew, tailored to the individual’s needs. My approach is research-informed and client-centred, emphasising well-established therapeutic principles while being flexible and responsive to your unique experience.
