Rebecca Kinton

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi! I'm a psychotherapist, clinical counsellor and wellness coach working with adults across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland, NorthWest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.

About Me

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I create a space of genuine compassion and openness. I believe in grounding our work together, helping you explore your experiences with clarity. My approach is to accompany you as we navigate challenges, fostering understanding and resilience. We can work collaboratively to find a way forward that feels right for you, honouring your unique pace.

Approach

I aim to create a steady, grounding rhythm in sessions that helps you explore difficult moments without becoming overwhelmed. From my Toronto office I offer English online sessions for adults across provinces, so we can keep therapy accessible to whatever schedule you have. Sessions tend to blend focused conversation, practical coaching tools and brief between-session experiments to build clarity, attention and self-care. People juggling work demands, attention differences or burnout often find this steady, practical way of working helpful.
