Rebaabetswe

Mrs Rebaabetswe Mwelase

Registered Clinical Psychologists

I am a psychodynamic clinical psychologist. The populations that I predominantly work with include children, adolescents and adults. Given that we are all different, I ensure that the development of my treatment plans are integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

About Me

As a psychodynamic clinical psychologist, I help individuals explore the deeper roots of their experiences. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, understanding that each person's journey is unique. My integrative approach means we tailor our work together precisely to your specific needs. This ensures our sessions genuinely support your personal growth and help you find lasting clarity.

Approach

Tracing underlying patterns usually starts with patient, curious listening and gentle tracking of influences so we can make sense of feelings and relationships. In Johannesburg and online, in English or seTswana, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace where I invite reflection, practical strategies like grounding and mindful pauses, and, with parents when helpful, small changes between meetings to test new ways of relating. The work is conversational yet focused, naming unconscious themes while building everyday skills. This approach suits young people, parents and adults seeking clarity and lasting change.
