Ms Rashna Elavia

Psychotherapist

I'm a trauma-informed psychotherapist working with individuals and groups through a tailor-made approach. I am a trained EMDR practitioner.

About Me

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, I understand that navigating difficult experiences requires a truly personal approach. I offer a safe, tailor-made space for individuals and groups to explore their unique path to healing. Using techniques like EMDR, I guide you in processing past events and building resilience. My aim is to help you find a way forward, moving at your own pace towards greater stability.

Approach

Sessions begin with what feels most pressing for you and unfold at a steady, collaborative pace, using gentle bilateral processing alongside somatic noticing and focused reflection. I offer in-person work in Mumbai and online, and we can use English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu so your experience stays clear and culturally grounded. Between meetings I may invite simple practices to anchor progress and we track shifts together, adjusting focus as needed. People navigating grief, anxiety, identity shifts or burnout often find this paced, embodied way of working helpful.
