Rashika

Ms Rashika Singh

Psychotherapist

Hello! I'm Rashika, a psychotherapist based out of New Delhi, India. I see therapy as the collaborative process of co-creating a safer space to explore the unresolved. I lean into relationally oriented psychodynamic, non-pathologizing approach to psychotherapy and honouring lived experiences of individuals I work with.

About Me

As Rashika, I invite you to a truly collaborative process. Together, we co-create a safer space to gently explore your unresolved experiences. My relationally oriented psychodynamic approach honours your unique lived experiences, ensuring a non-pathologising environment. This means we work together to understand your narrative, making sense of your past and present. It's an ideal match for anyone seeking a deeply respectful, collaborative setting to find clarity.

Approach

Our work unfolds through attentive, relational noticing that traces patterns in your story and how they show up in your body and close relationships. I offer sessions in New Delhi and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, keeping a paced continuity so material can be felt, reflected on, and sometimes practised between meetings. Using somatic-informed psychodynamic reflection and clear, collaborative explanations, we map triggers, loyalties and unmet needs into manageable steps. This way often suits people facing relationship wounds, grief or big life transitions.
