Dr Ranjan Patel

Psychotherapist

I'm passionate about helping people--psychotherapy/mindfulness training. Please call for a free phone consult. Online therapy available.

About Me

I am an MFT psychotherapist in Burlingame, California. I help you with abuse, grief, mood and eating disorders, and family conflicts. I offer individual therapy, advocacy, mindfulness, pain management, and adoption support.

Approach

Motivated by a blend of psychotherapy and mindfulness, my sessions are steady and collaborative, paced to your needs with attention to safety and presence. I meet people in San Mateo and online, and can work in Gujarati when that eases communication. In-session we practice short grounding exercises, track patterns around mood, grief or pain, and map small experiments you can try between meetings to test change. Folks navigating loss, identity, chronic illness or family shifts often find this practical, compassionate rhythm helpful.
