Miss Ramni Kaushik

Counseling Psychologist

A Counselling Psychologist working with young adults, organizations, and at-risk communities to provide strength and trauma-informed mental health care.

About Me

I am a counseling psychologist based in Delhi. I help you navigate life transitions, anxiety, behaviour or conduct issues, grief, and burnout through individual therapy, skills training, and corporate workshops.

Approach

I work with young people, community groups and organisations to build resilience through trauma-aware support. Sessions in Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, are paced to your needs—short skill practices, reflective exploration and practical steps you can try between meetings. I blend structured skills training with exploratory therapy, tracking progress collaboratively and shifting focus as stressors, relationships or work demands change. People facing transitions, burnout, grief or relationship strain often find this practical, steady approach helpful.
