About Me

I offer a trauma-informed space to collaboratively explore your experiences. While the past cannot be erased, we can gently process it together, helping to build inner peace. My integrative approach identifies your unique strengths and develops effective coping mechanisms for challenges. This collaborative work is ideal for those ready to make positive changes and cultivate lasting well-being.

Approach

From reflection to action, I pace sessions to match your readiness, gently naming memories and noticing strengths as they surface. I offer in-person appointments in Newmarket, Ontario and secure online sessions to make support accessible. Together we try small experiments—skill-building between meetings, narrative work for grief and loss, and calm-focused strategies or safety planning when needed—to shift how you respond to anxiety, body-image distress, relationship strain or past harm. People who want steady, practical change often find this approach helpful.
