My integrative approach identifies your unique strengths and develops effective coping mechanisms for challenges. From reflection to action, I pace sessions to match your readiness, gently naming memories and noticing strengths as they surface. I offer in-person appointments in Newmarket, Ontario and secure online sessions to make support accessible. Together we try small experiments—skill-building between meetings, narrative work for grief and loss, and calm-focused strategies or safety planning when needed—to shift how you respond to anxiety, body-image distress, relationship strain or past harm.
