Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

verified by TherapyRoute

I help people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected find balance through somatic coaching. My approach blends Somatic Experiencing with gentle, body-based techniques to support nervous system healing, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of ease. If talk therapy hasn’t been enough, this work might be the next step.

About Me

My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in the understanding that your nervous system has its own pace and wisdom. Through Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), we work slowly and safely with your body’s responses — not pushing for emotional exposure or revisiting painful memories before you’re ready. Together, we pay attention to what feels manageable in the present moment: sensations, breath, grounding, and the subtle ways your system signals safety or activation. This helps expand your capacity without overwhelm and supports the gradual release of stored stress and survival energy. I bring a calm, steady presence and prioritize consent, choice, and collaboration in every session. Our work focuses on creating a regulated, supportive space where your body can reorganize and move toward greater stability, resilience, and connection at a pace that truly honors you.
