Ms Rainbow S

I specialize in Addictions, Mental Health, Trauma and Parenting. I can help you understand the complexities of life, gain greater awareness, identifying unconscious negative thought patterns and conditionings. I do walk and talk/pet therapy, Root-Cause therapy, Embodied Processing & Zoom sessions

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adults and parents navigating challenges like addiction, mental health, and trauma. My aim is to help you understand life's complexities. We can gently uncover unconscious patterns that might be holding you back. You might find comfort in a refreshing walk and talk session. Or, we can explore deeper through Root-Cause therapy. This approach helps you gain greater awareness, fostering a path towards lasting change.

Approach

We start by noticing the small, repeating moments that steer day-to-day choices, then experiment with different responses so new habits can take hold. In Wollongong or over Zoom, sessions move at a practical pace—sometimes paced walking with a calm dog, sometimes seated work that blends grounding body awareness with focused questioning and brief between-session tasks or reflections. I balance direct, evidence-informed approaches with gentle pacing so you feel steady while trying new ways. This suits adults and parents ready for clear, hands-on change.
