As a compassionate Counseling psychologist, I work with adults facing various life challenges, from navigating complex emotions to seeking clarity. My focus is on creating a supportive environment where you can openly explore your concerns. We can collaboratively make sense of difficult experiences and discover practical strategies for moving forward. Adolescents are warmly welcomed too, finding a safe space to grow and build resilience.
