Rachael

Mrs Rachael Fox

Psychotherapist

I'm Rachael, and I'm an experienced BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited Psychotherapist working with Adults. I offer counselling and EMDR therapy.

About Me

I'm Rachael, and I offer a warm, confidential space where adults can explore difficult feelings and experiences. My approach blends traditional Counseling with EMDR therapy, helping you process challenging memories and find clarity. We can work together to understand your unique needs, building resilience and finding a way forward. My aim is to support you in making sense of your past and present, fostering lasting well-being.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move at a steady, manageable pace, pairing focused talking with guided EMDR sequences so distressing memories can become less overwhelming. From my Swansea room or online in English, I keep each meeting practical and collaborative — we set small, clear goals, check what’s working, and I offer simple coping tools you can use between meetings. The work is gentle but purposeful, suited to adults facing anxiety, trauma or burnout who want to regain calm and clearer perspective.
