About Me
Approach

To me, mental health always comes first. As a therapist, I follow a client-centered approach. I believe in empowering people and helping them explore their potential. I believe that every individual has the ability to find solutions unique to them.
Our minds are like the sea. The outside may appear tranquil and serene, but once you dive inside, you realize just how much is going on.
With each client, I try to tailor the process depending upon their needs. The approach is an integration of arts, mindfulness practices, dialectical behavioural therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, transactional analysis, etc.
