Counseling Psychologist

A disciplined and empathetic individual known for connecting with clients, maintaining comfort and promoting progress.

About Me

I am a counseling psychologist based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I counsel you through anxiety, stress, burnout and life transitions. I teach mindfulness and practical psychological skills you can use daily for personal development.

Approach

Steady attention and genuine care shape how I meet you — calm, focused sessions that balance structure with warmth. I work with adolescents and adults in Mumbai and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, creating a predictable, safe space where you can speak plainly. Sessions blend brief skills practice (mindfulness, grounding), exploration of patterns that feed anxiety, stress or relationship strain, and practical steps to try between meetings. People aiming for clearer emotional balance and gradual, sustainable change tend to find this approach helpful.

Basic Information

Services

To me, mental health always comes first. As a therapist, I follow a client-centered approach. I believe in empowering people and helping them explore their potential. I believe that every individual has the ability to find solutions unique to them.

Our minds are like the sea. The outside may appear tranquil and serene, but once you dive inside, you realize just how much is going on.

With each client, I try to tailor the process depending upon their needs. The approach is an integration of arts, mindfulness practices, dialectical behavioural therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, transactional analysis, etc.
