Mrs Priscilla Devanney

CBT Psychotherapist

One to one and online therapy with adults. Helping you to challenge and replace unhelpful thoughts with helpful ones.

About Me

When unhelpful thoughts feel overwhelming, it's possible to find a different path. As a CBT psychotherapist, I guide adults, one-to-one and online, to challenge these patterns. We'll work together to replace them with more helpful ways of thinking, offering practical tools you can use daily. This approach suits those ready to actively explore their thoughts and build lasting positive change.

Approach

Sessions happen either in person in London or via secure online video, meeting you where you are and slowing things down so thoughts become clearer. I use a practical, structured pace—short agendas, gentle experiments and easy exercises between meetings—to test unhelpful beliefs and build alternatives you can try day to day. Mindful awareness and targeted behaviour steps help shift patterns around anxiety, anger, shame or loss without overwhelm. This way suits adults ready for hands‑on, collaborative work to feel more in control.
