About Me
Approach
Services
Deciding to take therapy is the first step towards 'Self - Care' and valuing your needs.
When we meet first, I'll ask about your life and find out more about you and what you expect from therapy. This will help me determine if I am a good therapist for you and will allow you to decide if you want to work with me
I decide a therapy plan based on the need and problem of the client.
My therapy has yielded positive results in just few sessions (3 to 4 sessions in most cases). In very few cases its gone to few months or maybe a year or more, (depending on the type of problem or need ). A client may visit me once a week or once a fortnight depending on the intensity.
In therapy, we'll spend a lot of time talking and reflecting on what you say in ways that help you come to a deep understanding of where you are, the emotions you are experiencing, and how to move forward. I bring in certain Mindfulness techniques as a part of coping strategies.
I hold the Diploma in Counseling and M.Sc in Applied Psychology apart from being a certified Life Coach
