Mrs Pravilla Naicker

Counseling Psychologist

I am passionate about working with young adults, individuals and couples. I have extensive experience in working in the field of trauma. I am also brain based practitioner as well as BWRT practitioner.

About Me

I am passionate about supporting young adults, individuals, and couples through life's complexities. With extensive experience in trauma, I offer a dedicated space to process difficult experiences. Our sessions provide a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings freely. Together, we can find clarity and a path towards healing. This approach ensures you feel deeply heard and understood.

Approach

Healing often unfolds through small, steady shifts; I attend to how thoughts, sensations and relationship patterns connect so we can work with intention. I see clients in Johannesburg and online in English, pacing sessions to suit adolescents, adults and couples while offering brief practices between meetings to consolidate change. My work blends grounding, brain-informed interventions with focused re-patterning to gently process trauma, ease anxiety and repair relational ruptures. Those seeking clarity, safety and practical steps often find this way of working helpful.
