Registered Counselor

Counselling from an attachment perspective that is emotion focused, somatically based, responds compassionately, and supports resilience

About Me

I offer compassionate Counseling for those navigating deep-rooted patterns or intense emotions. We explore how past experiences shape your relationships and emotional world. Gently focusing on feelings and body sensations helps you understand their messages. This approach supports your innate resilience, guiding you towards greater emotional balance and a grounded path.

Approach

Attention lands on the body as much as the story, so sessions move between naming feelings and noticing physical shifts to help you make sense of what arises. I offer in-person work in Victoria, British Columbia and secure online support in English, keeping access flexible for adolescents, adults and parents. Sessions are gentle and paced to your tolerance; we map triggers, practice grounding skills, and try small experiments in how you relate to yourself and others between meetings. People carrying shame, trauma or relationship wounds often find clearer self-understanding and steadier coping.
