Ms Paulette Goff

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

I'm an experienced Gestalt counsellor and mental health practitioner working with issues of low self esteem, depression, addiction, food issues, LGBTQ+, loss and abandonment, relationship fears and intimacy issues.

About Me

I offer a supportive space to explore deeply felt experiences. As an experienced Gestalt counsellor, I help you uncover how past patterns might shape your present reality. We can gently work through concerns like low self-esteem, depression, or relationship fears. My approach encourages connecting with your true feelings, fostering greater self-awareness. This is for you if you're ready to explore your inner world and find new ways forward.

Approach

I guide you to notice how old patterns shape the present through gentle experiments and focused awareness. Sessions—in London or online, in English—stay practical, paced to your tolerance and often blend talking with attention to bodily experience. Between meetings I may offer small tasks or reflective prompts so we can track changes in mood, cravings, shame or closeness and learn from them together. People who are ready to be curious about attachment, habit and loss often find this way of working helpful.
