About Us

Feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn? We help couples, families, and individuals in Mississauga, Ontario, move forward with clarity and confidence through relationship counselling, faith-based counselling, and mindfulness services. Whether you’re navigating conflict, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, burnout, parenting challenges, or questions of purpose, we offer a supportive space and a practical plan. Together, we’ll clarify what’s driving the struggle, build healthier patterns, and strengthen the skills that lead to lasting change, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

Approach

At Pathways Counselling Centre, we know how easy it is to feel stuck in the same patterns—miscommunication, stress, or just feeling off track. If you’re looking for more clarity, steadiness, and a stronger sense of direction, we’re here to help in a way that feels practical and doable. In our sessions, we take time to understand what’s really going on, while also working toward clear, manageable next steps. We use practical tools, simple exercises, and, if it matters to you, faith-sensitive conversations that respect your values. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been difficult and build healthier ways of moving forward, both in and between sessions.
