Mr Pat Kavanagh

Psychotherapist

My resolve is to help a person to achieve their objectives. I work in a friendly non-judgmental manner while being open, honest, objective and flexible. I also do outdoor therapy when required and weather is suitable.

About Me

I aim to help you achieve your personal objectives within a friendly, non-judgmental space. My approach is open, honest, and flexible, focusing on what truly matters to you. We can work together to explore challenges and find clear paths forward. For those who benefit from a change of scenery, I also offer outdoor therapy when the weather is suitable. This adaptable style suits individuals seeking a direct, objective perspective to pursue their goals.

Approach

Helping you reach your objectives guides how I work: sessions move at a steady, practical pace, attentive and impartial while staying honest and flexible. From my base in Dublin I offer in-person, outdoor walks on fair days and remote sessions in English, so we choose the setting that suits you. In session we clarify priorities, explore patterns linked to stress, trauma or relationships, and agree on simple steps or reflections to try between appointments. This approach tends to suit people seeking direct, collaborative support to make change.
