About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist in Cairo, Egypt. I work with clients struggling with OCD, personality disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, mood disorders, and trauma. I offer psychometric testing and online therapy.

Approach

I believe that when it comes to therapy, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. In fact, there is no single, fixed path to healing, and no special modality that can once and for all defeat the psychic “dragons” that challenge our clients. That is why I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy. An eclectic approach (also referred to as integrative therapy) aims to address the client holistically by drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to determine the most effective approach for each unique individual. This ensures that the client’s specific needs are met while strengthening the therapeutic relationship. My approach also fosters unconditional positive regard and a judgment-free, safe space.
