Through play and creative art therapy, I help young clients express feelings that words often miss. Techniques like sand tray therapy allow children to explore their inner world safely. This gentle approach supports children in building resilience and finding their voice, strengthening family connections.
Approach
Through play, art and storytelling I follow the child's lead, slowing the pace so gestures and make‑believe reveal worries words often miss. In my New Delhi room, offered in Bengali, English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions feel calm and gently structured; I check in with caregivers and suggest simple activities to try between meetings. I blend hands‑on materials, sensory work and gentle questions to help children process trauma, anxiety, grief, adoption or developmental concerns while adapting to attention and sensory needs.
