Ms Pam Kuras

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Holistic grief support for midlife and older adults, providing tools and skills to cope with grief.

About Me

I provide holistic grief support for midlife and older adults. When loss feels overwhelming, we gently explore practical tools and skills to help you cope. My approach aims to help you find stability amidst the unique challenges of bereavement. We’ll work together to understand your experience and build resilience. This space is for those seeking a compassionate guide through their grief.

Approach

When loss arrives, I move gently with you, creating steady, practical work that pairs present-moment grounding with simple skill-building. Sessions are available in Benson or remotely across North Carolina, conducted in English and arranged to fit your weekly rhythm. We pace breathing and mindfulness practices, explore manageable strategies for pain, fatigue, or caregiving stress, and set brief between-session experiments so insights translate into daily life. This way of working often resonates with people in midlife and later years facing bereavement, illness, or major transitions.
