Paige Fourie

Wellness Counselor

I work online with clients from across the world, counselling individuals and couples through life changes, moving, grief, loss, conflict, relationship with self and much more.

About Me

I offer online Counseling, supporting individuals and couples through significant life changes. From moving and grief to conflict or self-relationship, we can explore these experiences together. My aim is to create a safe space where you feel truly heard. We can work collaboratively to make sense of challenges and find a way forward. This flexible approach supports clients across the world during difficult transitions.

Approach

When we meet online I focus on steady, practical steps that feel manageable amid big changes, using plain language and gentle pacing so you decide the tempo. From my Cape Town studio I work in English, blending short check-ins, guided mindfulness, reflective tasks and concrete planning between sessions to help make sense of loss, relocation or overwhelm. Sessions mix curiosity about your story with small experiments—breathing, short habits, or boundary practices—and we track what shifts. This way of working suits people who want compassionate, hands-on support.
