Ms Orly Koppel

Counselor

I'm an experienced therapist and supervisor with over 25 years of experience. I'm only working online at the moment but have plenty of space for new clients. I offer a warm and friendly approach to therapy and am happy to chat on the phone so that you get a sense of what it's like to work with me.

About Me

With over 25 years of experience, I offer a warm and friendly approach to online therapy. I create a space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. If you're looking for an experienced professional, I'm here to support you. I'm always happy to chat on the phone beforehand. This helps you get a sense of my style and decide if we're a good match.

Approach

Once we've had a short call to check fit, sessions are gently paced and practical, held online from Zuidplas in English. I listen closely, help you name what's urgent—anxiety, grief, past abuse, family strain or identity struggles—and together we pick small, manageable steps that fit your life and sensory needs. We often use structured reflection and short between-session tasks to build confidence and notice change. This way of working suits adolescents and adults who prefer steady, collaborative progress at a comfortable pace.
