Omolola

Mrs Omolola Kilelomo, MSc

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I am an experienced clinical psychologist, working with adolescents, adults, couples, and individuals facing a wide range of psychological challenges.

About Me

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting them through a wide range of psychological challenges. Together, we explore what feels overwhelming, make sense of complex emotions, and gently uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Through a collaborative approach, we develop practical ways forward that support healing, clarity, and growth.

Approach

When life feels overwhelming, I help you slow down, understand what’s happening, and find clearer ways forward. We work together at a steady and practical pace, making space to explore patterns, emotions, and the challenges you’re facing. I listen closely, use thoughtful assessment and gentle guidance when helpful, and may suggest small exercises between sessions to support progress. Our sessions are collaborative, focused, and shaped around goals that we revisit and adjust together.
