Counselor

Do you know what your purpose in life is? Mine is to facilitate how you navigate through life in order to find that purpose. I am a HPCSA Registered Counsellor in part-time private practice with over 7 years experience in counselling for individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds.

About Me

Life can often feel uncertain. My purpose is to help you explore your unique path and uncover what truly matters. With over seven years’ experience, I guide individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. We navigate challenges together, making sense of your experiences. I aim to support you in building a life aligned with your deepest values, finding clear direction.

Approach

Helping you chart a clearer path, I use steady, practical sessions that balance honest questions with quiet reflection so decisions feel less overwhelming. In my Johannesburg practice and online, in English, isiZulu, siSwati or seTswana, we set focused goals, track small shifts between meetings, and address relationship wounds, loss or transitional stress with trauma-informed sensitivity. Sessions move at your tempo: direct when you need clarity, gentle when you need space. People seeking grounded, values-aligned change often find this way of working helpful.
