About Me

As a registered counsellor, I am passionate about helping you explore what truly matters. If you feel adrift or unsure of your direction, our sessions offer a supportive space to find clarity. We can work together to understand your unique values and strengths, identifying what genuinely drives you. My aim is to help you build a life that feels authentic and deeply satisfying, step by step.

Approach

I guide clients to translate reflection into action, turning confused or stuck moments into manageable experiments that reveal what moves you. In Mbombela and online, in English, siSwati or isiZulu, sessions are paced to suit adolescents, adults and families and to fit your daily life. We use focused assessment, gentle skill-practice and honest feedback between meetings so you leave each session with one clear, doable step—especially helpful when facing grief, addiction, anger or major transitions. Those seeking steady, practical progress tend to find this approach useful.
