Miss Nishtha Budhiraja

Clinical Psychologist

A compassionate and straightforward Psychologist and Psychotherapist with an experience of more than 6 years who believes "you repeat what you don't repair"

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist in East Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, India. I work with people facing abuse, anxiety, autism (ASD), grief, and burnout. I use psychotherapy and art therapy to build coping skills and stronger routines.

Approach

Repairing patterns happens through clear, steady sessions that combine direct reflection with creative exploration. In my Delhi practice — available in English and Hindi/Urdu, and online when needed — I keep sessions practical and gently structured so conversation, drawing or tasks can surface small, concrete shifts. Between meetings I offer simple exercises and routine tweaks that strengthen coping and attention, especially after trauma or burnout. People who want honest, hands-on change often find this way of working useful.
