verified by TherapyRoute

I am here to help you navigate and manage challenging emotions, relationships and life experiences. I am experienced and skilled in offering sessions which focus on an understanding of your unique struggles, of what drives you, and of how you can move towards a life of deepening awareness, meaning and growth.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Westcliff, Gauteng, South Africa. I help people with life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, stress and burnout, and mood disorders using coaching and therapy.

Approach

You’ll find the work is practical and reflective, attending to patterns that shape how you feel and relate while building small, steady shifts that matter day to day. In warm, focused sessions in Johannesburg or online (in English), we set a clear pace—sometimes slow and exploratory, sometimes action-oriented—and I invite action and reflection between meetings to test new ways of coping and connecting. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your readiness, which many adults facing transitions, loss or burnout find helpful.
