I bring a unique blend of empathy and expertise to our work together. As a Psychologist and Art Therapist, I help you explore feelings and enhance well-being using creative expression. Whether you seek adult Counseling, child therapy, or corporate wellness, my approach is tailored to your unique needs. This can be especially helpful for those who find words difficult, offering a different path to understanding and growth.

Approach

While words can help, much of our work unfolds through guided art-making and reflective conversation, where emotions are explored at a comfortable pace. From my Mumbai studio or online, in English, Gujarati, Hindi/Urdu and Marathi, sessions feel calm and organised. For younger clients I combine informal diagnostic tasks with playful art activities; for teens and adults we use brief experiential exercises, collaborative goal-setting and reflective tasks between meetings. This approach suits people who prefer hands-on, nonverbal ways to make sense of feelings.
