Ms Nidhi-Amanda Chaitow

Counselor (Unregistered)

I am a experienced & certified Therapeutic Counsellor, Death Doula & Integrative Life Coach. I Offer LIFE SUPPORT- guiding people to reconnect with themselves, dealing with spiritual and emotional changes experienced through anxiety, death and dying, grief, life transitions and trauma triggers to consciously find joy.

About Me

I offer life support, guiding you through significant emotional and spiritual changes. My focus helps individuals navigate anxiety, grief, life transitions, and trauma triggers. We reconnect with your inner self, creating a path to consciously find joy. This integrative approach provides a compassionate space for processing profound life shifts. It is ideal for those ready to rediscover their strength and clarity.

Approach

Starting from the place of deep transition, I guide you through gentle, practical steps that help steady the body, quiet the mind and clarify values so you can move through change with presence. Sessions in English are offered from George and online, paced to your rhythm — sometimes reflective dialogue, sometimes short mindfulness practices or coaching prompts to try between meetings. Therapy is collaborative and grounded, tracking triggers, grief and overwhelm while cultivating small rituals that anchor you day-to-day. This way of working tends to suit people ready to rebuild steadiness and meaning.
